Oracle EBS Technical Consultant – APEX & Integrations

About the role

The Oracle EBS Technical Consultant will design, develop, and maintain complex integrations and automations for Oracle E‑Business Suite, focusing on APEX applications and REST APIs. The role involves close collaboration with functional teams, DBAs, and infrastructure to ensure high‑quality delivery and operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain custom reports using BI Publisher, XML Publisher, RDF and other Oracle reporting tools.
• Create and enhance enterprise applications with Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs, JSON integrations and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Implement and support Oracle Workflow solutions and integrate various enterprise services.
• Provide ongoing Oracle EBS technical support, including customizations and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL code and application performance to meet SLAs.
• Document technical designs, development processes and change‑management procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development and/or Oracle APEX application development.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Oracle EBS modules such as Core HR, Payroll and General Ledger.
• Proven ability to work with database administrators, infrastructure and support teams for deployment and production support.
