Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant

About the role

An experienced Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant is sought. The ideal candidate is a qualified CA/ACCA professional with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Projects and hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementations. The consultant analyzes business requirements, configures Oracle Fusion PPM solutions, supports project lifecycles and ensures project delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and take part in implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements and turn them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Run solution design workshops, fit-gap analysis and business process mapping.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Projects modules such as project costing, project billing, project contracts, project control and project management.
• Manage and deliver all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design through testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Work with Finance, Procurement, HCM and technical teams to ensure seamless integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials and user documentation.
• Conduct UAT and support business users during deployment.
• Provide production support, resolve issues and suggest continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle implementation best practices and organizational standards, and guide stakeholders functionally.

Required profile

• Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) or ACCA is mandatory.
• 6-8 years of overall experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support.
• At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Projects/PPM implementations completed as a Functional Consultant.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Telecom industry implementation and support experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
• Integration with Finance modules is highly desirable.
