Outbound Appointment Setter – Australian FinTech Campaign (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Outbound Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing AI‑driven sales team. You will focus on cold‑calling Australian business owners, mortgage brokers, real‑estate directors and other decision‑makers to generate qualified meetings for senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily using an automated dialer.
• Engage decision‑makers, qualify prospects with our proven framework, and handle objections professionally.
• Book at least six qualified appointments per day into consultants' calendars.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity records in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly activity targets and uphold call‑quality standards.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of outbound cold‑calling experience in B2B sales, lead generation, insurance, telecom, MCA or high‑ticket appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English with strong objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑disciplined, resilient to rejection, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, quiet workspace and power backup.
