Outbound Appointment Setter / SDR – Remote (Self‑Storage Tech)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Appointment Setter / SDR to join a leading self‑storage auction platform. This remote, phone‑first position focuses on generating qualified demo opportunities with self‑storage facility owners and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound call campaigns to secure demo appointments.
• Book sales meetings and follow up via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including call notes and prospect activity.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Handle objections professionally and persist through rejection.
• Continuously optimize scripts, targeting, and follow‑up processes based on results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or similar sales roles.
• Strong spoken English and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage a high daily call volume and stay organized.
• Resilient, coachable, and comfortable working remotely.
• Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn for outreach.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly compensation of CAD $800 – $1,200.
