Outbound Call Agent (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking energetic outbound call agents to join our night‑shift team. You will represent the company in both outbound and inbound interactions, promoting services and generating qualified leads for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads and existing clients.
• Handle inbound calls professionally and respond to customer queries.
• Introduce company services, explain offers clearly, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM.
• Follow approved scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups with interested prospects.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with supervisors and relevant teams regarding qualified leads and concerns.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Confident, persuasive communication style and positive attitude.
• Good listening, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or calling software.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, customer support or BPO is preferred.
