Outbound Call Center Agent

About the role

Upskill Training Services is seeking a full‑time Outbound Call Center Agent to work on‑site in Islamabad. You will contact prospective and existing customers, share information about services and support their decision‑making process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following approved scripts.
• Document call outcomes and update customer records in internal systems.
• Achieve daily call volume and performance targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve call quality and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with prior experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to follow structured processes and scripts while adapting to different customer needs.
• Comfort working in a target‑driven environment and meeting quality metrics.
• Willingness to learn and engage in ongoing training.
