Outbound Call Centre Agent

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Outbound Call Centre Agent to join our Islamabad office. In this on‑site position you will engage potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions while upholding our high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our training solutions.
• Listen actively to client requirements and respond to inquiries with appropriate information.
• Provide suitable solutions and persuade clients to consider our offerings.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and support business goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
• Customer‑service orientation and the ability to build rapport professionally.
• Basic computer proficiency for documenting and updating client information.
• Sales and negotiation abilities focused on achieving targets.
• Organisational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Previous call‑centre or sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in communication or business are advantageous.
