Outbound Calling Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Calling Agent to join Shiftline’s sales team. The role focuses on contacting potential customers, presenting Shiftline’s solutions, and generating qualified leads and appointments for the sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospects from assigned lead lists.
• Introduce Shiftline’s products and clearly explain their business benefits.
• Engage business owners, managers, and decision‑makers to identify opportunities.
• Assess customer requirements and determine suitability of Shiftline’s solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos or sales meetings.
• Follow up with interested prospects via phone and WhatsApp.
• Handle basic customer questions and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, follow‑ups, and lead status in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.
• Share customer feedback, market insights, and common objections with the sales team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound calling, tele‑sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and target‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to communicate with senior decision‑makers.
• Persistent, energetic and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience with ERP, SaaS, software, IT solutions or B2B sales is a plus.
