Outbound Calling Agent – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking energetic outbound calling agents to join our night‑shift team in Rawalpindi. You will represent the company in both outbound and inbound interactions, promoting services and generating qualified leads for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads and existing clients.
• Handle inbound calls professionally, answering queries and providing information.
• Introduce company services, explain offers and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow approved scripts while keeping conversations natural and persuasive.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups with interested prospects.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with supervisors and relevant teams regarding qualified leads and customer concerns.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Confident, persuasive communication style and positive attitude.
• Good listening, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, customer support or BPO is preferred, but fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Experience with calling software or tele‑prospecting tools.
