Outbound Calling Executive

About the role

ABS International is expanding its night‑shift US‑facing sales team in Karachi. As an Outbound Calling Executive you will engage both cold prospects and existing US customers via phone, opening conversations, qualifying interest, and driving conversions during the 10 PM – 6 AM shift.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to cold leads, initiate dialogue, qualify prospects and close sales.
• Re‑engage warm leads, deepen relationships and finalize deals.
• Maintain accurate records in the US CRM and dialer system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while handling objections professionally.
• Provide feedback to management on call outcomes and market insights.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telesales, BPO or call‑center environments.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient to rejection.
• Available full‑time for the night shift (Monday‑Saturday, 10 PM‑6 AM).
