Outbound Calling Executive (US Campaign)

About the role

ABS International is looking for an Outbound Calling Executive to join its US‑facing team in Karachi. You will engage warm leads and existing US customers, reactivate interest, and move qualified opportunities toward closure. All contacts are pre‑qualified, so you will never work with cold lists.

Key responsibilities

• Make structured outbound calls to warm leads and existing US customers.
• Reactivate interest, handle follow‑up conversations, and qualify sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in a live US CRM system used by sales and logistics teams.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, BPO, or call‑center environments (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self‑directed, commercially minded, and comfortable managing a pipeline independently.
• Ability to work night shifts (10 PM – 6 AM) Monday to Saturday.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
