Outbound Cold Caller – Customer Outreach

About the role

MT Communications, a leading telecommunications provider in Rawalpindi, is looking for motivated Cold Callers to join its customer outreach team. You will work onsite, making high‑volume outbound calls to prospects across Pakistan, generating interest in our services and setting up appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls using provided leads and call lists.
• Introduce MT Communications services clearly and persuasively, adapting the pitch to each prospect.
• Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and accurately recording responses in the CRM.
• Handle objections calmly, escalating when necessary.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to the sales team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date call notes, follow‑up reminders, and meet daily/weekly outreach targets.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and comfort speaking on the phone for extended periods.
• Basic negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to follow scripts while adapting language to the prospect.
• Strong organizational skills to track follow‑ups and meet targets.
• Resilient attitude toward rejection and openness to coaching.
• Punctuality for shift schedules and meetings.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
