Outbound Phone Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a confident, energetic Outbound Phone Sales Agent to join our fully remote team. You will engage prospective customers over the phone, introduce our products and services, and convert leads into sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce products and services professionally and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales to meet individual targets and KPIs.
• Document interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centre, or inside sales (preferred).
• Fluent English with a clear, professional, neutral accent.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet home office.
