Outbound Phone Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a confident, energetic Outbound Phone Sales Agent to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on making high‑volume outbound calls, generating sales opportunities and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce products and services professionally and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build rapport, handle objections and close sales to meet individual targets and KPIs.
• Document interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product offerings, promotions and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centre or inside sales (preferred).
• Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet home office.
