About the role
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results‑driven Outbound Phone Sales Agent to join our fully remote team. You will make high‑volume outbound calls, generate sales opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce products and services professionally, identify needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle objections, close sales, and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
- Document interactions and sales activities in the CRM system and maintain an organized pipeline.
Required profile
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centre or inside sales (preferred).
- Fluent English speaking with a clear, professional, neutral accent.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
