Outbound Sales Agent (Cold Caller) - US Clients

About the role

Mindwhiz, a US-focused IT services and staffing solutions company, is hiring an Outbound Sales Agent for its Business Development team in Wapda Town, Lahore. The agent makes outbound calls to US-based businesses, introduces the company and its services, and works toward daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation targets. The shift is 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, full-time and on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential US-based clients and businesses
• Introduce Mindwhiz and explain the company's services professionally
• Generate qualified leads and identify potential business opportunities
• Communicate with prospects about their business needs
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the Business Development team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and client interactions
• Follow up with interested prospects by call and email
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Required profile

• Good English communication skills
• Confidence in making outbound calls to US-based clients
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, telesales or business development preferred
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce and WordPress

Required skills

• Lead generation and cold-calling techniques
• Convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
