About the role
Join our fast‑growing outbound call centre as a Sales Agent, handling evening and night shifts in Karachi. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our services, and converting leads into satisfied clients.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Present product features, address objections, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Required profile
- Strong English communication and negotiation abilities.
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or BPO environments.
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate or A‑Levels.
