Outbound Sales Agent – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Agent to work the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM) in Lahore. The role involves contacting potential clients, presenting our digital marketing services and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective businesses and individuals.
• Introduce digital marketing solutions such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC and Web Development.
• Identify client needs, explain service benefits and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments and follow‑up to keep prospects engaged.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly call and lead‑generation targets.
• Handle basic customer inquiries professionally.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence speaking with clients over the phone.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Good English language skills.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with telesales experience.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with or knowledge of CRM systems.
