Outbound Sales Development Representative - Remote

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, target‑driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact with prospective corporate buyers, building a pipeline and qualifying leads that feed our sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi‑channel outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads.
• Research target accounts, map decision‑makers and industry trends.
• Qualify prospects by assessing pain points, goals, budget and fit.
• Present product value and conduct demos for prospective buyers.
• Maintain detailed activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, objection handling and audience targeting.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs, meeting quotas and revenue targets.
• Provide follow‑up and relationship management to ensure smooth hand‑offs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on B2B outbound sales or lead‑generation experience.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Dedicated quiet home office with reliable high‑speed internet.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work independently while supporting team goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.com.
