Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our growing team as Outbound Sales Representatives. You will engage with potential customers in the US market through outbound calling campaigns, building relationships and generating qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the US market.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.
• Follow campaign guidelines and established sales processes.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or call‑center operations is a plus; fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
