Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role

Netex Security is looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Specialist to drive new business for its live CCTV monitoring and remote guarding services across the United States. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, turning cold leads into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to business owners and decision‑makers.
• Convert cold leads into hot prospects by presenting Netex Security’s services.
• Book demos and appointments for senior sales closers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring no lead is lost.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and set new performance goals.

Required profile

• Strong, confident English communication skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
• Resilient attitude toward rejection and a self‑motivated work ethic.
• Ability to work independently from a quiet home office with reliable internet.
