Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to drive top‑of‑funnel growth for our client that provides bookkeeping and financial services across the United States. The role focuses on identifying qualified prospects, engaging decision‑makers, and creating new business opportunities through strategic outbound outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Research companies and identify key decision‑makers such as Owners, CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Managers.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other prospecting platforms to source and qualify prospects.
• Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.
• Create personalized outreach sequences that drive engagement and schedule discovery calls for the leadership team.
• Manage prospect and pipeline activities within CRM systems and maintain accurate prospect databases.
• Track performance metrics and continuously test and optimize messaging and targeting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting targeting US businesses.
• Proven track record of generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and during US business hours.
