About the role
We are expanding our call centre team and need motivated Outbound Telemarketers who can confidently engage potential customers over the phone. The role focuses on generating interest in our services, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce company services and spark interest.
- Verify customer information and qualify prospects.
- Schedule callbacks and transfer qualified leads when required.
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM notes.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
Required profile
- Strong spoken English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Fresh candidates are welcome; prior call‑center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
