Outbound Telesales Representative

About the role

Tech BPO is seeking enthusiastic Outbound Telesales Representatives to join its international pre‑construction estimation, design and drafting services campaign. You will engage with potential clients across global markets, promoting our solutions and building a pipeline of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients in international markets.
• Introduce company services and generate interest in our solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–6 months experience in an international outbound calling campaign preferred; fresh graduates with strong English communication are also welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Confident, professional, and customer‑focused attitude.
