Packaging Procurement Lead

About the role
The Packaging Procurement Lead will drive the development and execution of Lipton's Global Packaging Strategy for the tea business. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, the role focuses on delivering competitive, innovative, high‑quality, and sustainable packaging solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement long‑ and short‑term supply strategies for tea packaging portfolios at the assigned site cluster level.
- Forecast pricing based on local and global market trends.
- Run e‑sourcing events and auctions, identify sources of supply, and conduct offline negotiations.
- Negotiate price, delivery, payment, and contract terms with existing and new suppliers.
- Lead cost‑saving and payment‑term improvement projects to meet or exceed annual targets.
- Develop and execute margin‑improvement programs (Net Material Impact) for the tea business.
- Identify and propose continuous performance‑improvement opportunities with suppliers.
