Paid Creative Designer Internship – Graphic & Video

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Creative Designer intern to produce high‑impact graphic and video assets for telecom‑focused digital marketing campaigns. This paid internship offers hands‑on experience with multiple ad platforms and the chance to see your work directly influence campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design original images and short videos tailored for Meta, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn ad formats.
• Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives for B2B and B2C telecom audiences.
• Collaborate with media managers and copywriters to align creatives with A/B testing strategies.
• Deliver a set quota of new ad variations each week to combat ad fatigue.
• Ensure all assets meet platform‑specific technical specs to avoid rejections.
• Monitor competitor ads and viral trends to propose fresh creative angles.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy team access.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design or visual communication field.
• Experience creating visual content through coursework, personal projects or freelance work.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., Google Omni, Nano Banana, Midjourney) is a plus.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and willingness to learn performance‑marketing concepts.
