Paid Media Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing indoor soccer facility chain, is bringing paid acquisition in‑house. The Paid Media Manager will own Meta as the primary channel, support Google as a secondary channel, and drive higher‑quality leads through continuous creative testing and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day Meta campaign management, including structure, audience testing, budget pacing, bidding, and daily optimization.
• Rebuild and clean the existing ad account, retire dormant assets, and implement a clear naming and structure standard.
• Run a continuous creative testing cadence across static, video, and UGC formats, collaborating with in‑house social and video leads.
• Develop ad copy and hooks for distinct audiences (parents of youth athletes and adult recreational players) and test lead‑magnet offers.
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) as a secondary channel and adjust budget allocation based on cost per qualified lead.
• Provide conversion feedback on landing pages, monitor performance daily, and report cost per lead and acquisition by location and product line.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on paid media management with direct ownership of Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven success running lead‑generation campaigns and reducing cost per lead through audience, structure, and creative changes.
• Experience with multi‑location or local advertising, geo‑targeted budgeting, and account hygiene practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication, real‑time responsiveness, and ability to work overlapping US Central time hours.
