Paid Social / Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

LaunchPad Innovations seeks an experienced Paid Social / Meta Ads Specialist to own and execute its paid social acquisition strategy, focusing on Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram. This mid‑level, hands‑on role manages the full paid social funnel from strategy and creative testing to landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Meta Ads strategy, building campaigns for lead generation, demo bookings, trial sign‑ups, and other high‑intent conversions.
• Develop audience strategies using interest targeting, lookalike audiences, retargeting, exclusions, and funnel‑stage segmentation.
• Produce and test multiple ad creative variations, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Higgsfield.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors for creative support and maintain structured testing frameworks.
• Own landing pages for paid campaigns, using AI‑assisted workflows to improve copy and conversion performance.
• Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion events; ensure reliable attribution with analytics tools.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs including CPA, CPL, cost per demo, trial start rate, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Prepare performance reports and work with product, sales, and marketing teams to align campaigns with offers and capacity.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Proven track record managing advertising budgets and optimizing toward measurable conversion goals.
• Strong understanding of Meta campaign structures, audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and exclusion strategies.
• Experience with landing page optimization, conversion‑focused copywriting, and analytics platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools for creative generation, copywriting, and workflow acceleration.
