Part-Time Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

PromoGeneration is looking for a part‑time Sales Development Representative to promote its new 360 Recruitment & Workforce Services. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact for B2B decision‑makers who need scalable staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage HR leaders, operations heads and C‑suite executives across target industries.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn using a staffing‑first pitch.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for senior sales colleagues.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and log all activities in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting and outreach cadence.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on B2B sales experience.
• Strong understanding of service‑based selling, including pain points, objections and decision timelines.
• Confident phone presence and ability to craft compelling outreach.
• Target‑driven mindset with a self‑starter attitude.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales outreach tools is a plus.
