Key responsibilities

• Support the development and nurturing of relationships with potential brand partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in acquiring new users and maintaining relationships with commercial clients to increase sign‑ups and engagement.
• Research and identify potential partners, sponsors, and clients, making targeted outreach to generate leads.
• Help promote Mint Rewards through marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and organize online and offline events.
• Support brand management strategies to enhance awareness and ensure consistent branding.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, user needs, and opportunities, providing insights for business strategy.
• Collaborate with the founding team on strategic projects to achieve business goals.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate in business, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and social impact.
