Partnership Associate – Funding Solutions

About the role

Enable patients in Pakistan to access Roche’s innovative medicines by co‑creating sustainable funding and financing solutions through partnerships with the private sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage corporate organisations, banks and insurance companies to channel funding for patients with cancer and rare diseases.
• Collaborate with health start‑ups to develop innovative access solutions.
• Maintain relationships with internal therapeutic area and Access & Policy teams to shape a coherent healthcare strategy.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and report adverse events and safety information as required.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an accredited university (business degree advantageous).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in NGOs, corporate partnerships or business development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, creativity and a growth mindset.
