Partnerships Associate

About the role

The Partnerships Associate is the execution backbone of the partnerships function across Nysonian's brands, supporting influencer and UGC creator programs. This hands‑on, high‑volume role keeps the creator pipeline organized, tracks performance, and ensures timely delivery of contracts, invoices and content.

Key responsibilities

• Track influencer and UGC creator performance, including content delivery, posting timelines, campaign results and SLA adherence.
• Maintain accurate creator databases, SLA trackers and Monday.com boards for real‑time visibility.
• Research and build targeted creator lists, manage outreach and serve as primary contact for scheduling, product shipment and follow‑up.
• Prepare and issue creator contracts using approved templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process approved creator invoices, verify documentation and coordinate payment tracking with Finance.
• Manage end‑to‑end deliverable tracking, including submission follow‑ups, content routing, revision coordination and status updates.
• Support Superfiliate operations and cross‑functional coordination, escalating sensitive issues to the Head of Partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high‑volume tracking, contracts and invoices.
• Clear, friendly written communication for ongoing creator outreach.
• Good judgment on when to handle tasks directly versus escalating.
• Comfort with repetitive, same‑day record‑keeping.
• Familiarity with creator marketing, influencer/UGC or social media ecosystems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Monday.com or similar project‑tracking tools.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or comparable spreadsheet applications.
