About the role

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager – Growth to drive customer acquisition and revenue expansion for a leading technology platform. This fully remote position focuses on identifying high‑impact partners, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and integrating partner solutions to enhance market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies that accelerate growth across core product segments.
• Identify, outreach, and engage potential partners, including startups, enterprises, and industry leaders.
• Negotiate and structure agreements aligned with business objectives and scalable for long‑term collaboration.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and integration.
• Track partnership performance, reporting on KPIs, revenue impact, and partner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or sales within technology or digital platforms.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Understanding of SaaS ecosystems and B2B/B2C partnership dynamics.
• Ability to analyze market trends, partner landscapes, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across global teams.
