About the role
The Parts Executive will manage parts inventory, process orders, and ensure the availability of genuine Hyundai spare parts for customers and the service department at Hyundai Gujranwala.
Key responsibilities
- Handle walk‑in inquiries at the parts counter, prepare quotations and issue invoices.
- Maintain accurate records in the parts management system, coordinate with the workshop team, track stock levels and place replenishment orders.
- Verify deliveries, support customers with product information and assist in merchandising parts displays.
Required profile
- Experience in automotive parts management, inventory handling or a related parts department role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
