Patient Enrollment Representative

About the role

The Patient Enrollment Representative will join Medcare MSO’s team in Lahore to manage enrollment of patients into Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs. This role ensures regulatory compliance and collaborates closely with healthcare providers to deliver a smooth enrollment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CCM patient enrollment process from start to finish.
• Explain program details and benefits to patients.
• Coordinate with providers and nurse practitioners to verify patient eligibility and gather required documentation.
• Track patient progress and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare or patient enrollment.
• Knowledge of Chronic Care Management programs and related regulations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with healthcare management software.
