About the role
We are seeking a PDF Specialist to join a global technology leader on a contractual basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while delivering high‑quality document processing services for a variety of client projects.
Key responsibilities
- Process, edit, and proofread Word and PDF documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Extract and transform data from Word and PDF files for downstream use.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects independently, meeting agreed‑upon deadlines.
- Maintain high standards of quality to achieve client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Word and PDF documents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error‑free output.
- Excellent analytical abilities for data extraction and processing.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with clients and stakeholders.
