About the role
EZ Edits is a remote‑first YouTube video editing and content production agency. The People & Operations Specialist will manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks by following established SOPs, allowing the Business Operations Manager to focus on growth.
Key responsibilities
- Execute SOPs across the business, covering lead generation, outreach, social posting, SEO, and A/B testing.
- Handle client interactions: check replies, book intro calls, send samples, and manage onboarding.
- Support growth activities such as hiring, onboarding staff, and payroll processing.
- Manage churn processes, including off‑boarding clients and staff and preparing churn reports.
- Perform admin and finance duties like bookkeeping, preparing tax slips, maintaining HR databases, and conducting surveys.
