Performance Creative Strategist – Paid Media

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Performance Creative Strategist to lead high‑impact paid‑media campaigns. You will blend content strategy, creative production, and performance marketing to design ad assets that drive conversion and brand resonance across overseas markets, especially in South Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce static images, video ads, copy and templates for Meta, TikTok, Google and RTA platforms.
• Analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) to identify winning hooks and inform future production.
• Research competitor tactics and market trends to uncover emerging viral styles.
• Develop monthly and quarterly content roadmaps aligned with platform cycles and business goals.
• Establish SOPs, reusable templates and structured systems to scale creative workflow.
• Collaborate with media buyers, product teams and analysts to translate value propositions into converting visuals.
• Leverage AI tools and new technologies to accelerate iteration and explore novel formats.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in e‑commerce, digital design, content strategy or performance creative.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) for documentation and cross‑team communication.
• Demonstrated understanding of South Asian market nuances.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong data‑literacy to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into creative improvements.
• Deep knowledge of creative specs and best practices for Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Experience using AI‑driven creative tools.
