Performance Marketer – Evening Shift

About the role

Digital Auxilius is looking for a Performance Marketer to lead and scale paid advertising campaigns on an evening shift. The role blends analytical rigor with creative strategy to drive lead generation, reduce acquisition costs, and deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Develop strategies to maximize ROI, lower CAC, and increase lead volume.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand‑consistent ads.
• Implement retargeting tactics to nurture leads through the funnel.
• Manage budget allocation and bid strategies for cost efficiency.
• Support email marketing and automation initiatives.
• Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards using Google Data Studio, Looker, Power BI, or Excel.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on performance marketing and paid campaign management experience.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROI improvements.
