About the role
Eaze Tech Solutions is hiring a Performance Marketer (Google Ads and Meta Ads) in Lahore, working on-site and full time. The role suits a scaling expert who can drive growth for Tier-A brands by planning, launching and managing paid advertising campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage and scale paid advertising campaigns
- Develop growth strategies for high-value brands
- Optimize campaigns to improve conversions and maximize ROI
- Analyze performance data and make strategic decisions
- Identify new opportunities for profitable growth
Required profile
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven ability to scale ad campaigns profitably and work with Tier-A brands
- Experience in a marketing agency
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic skills
Required skills
- Google Ads and Meta Ads
- ROAS, CPA, CAC and conversion tracking
- Campaign optimization and budget scaling
