Performance Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to join our Islamabad office and drive measurable growth across our digital channels. In this full-time position you will plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns to meet lead, conversion and ROAS targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and manage paid search, paid social, display and remarketing campaigns.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, design and sales teams to align creative assets and landing pages.
• Set up and maintain tracking, attribution and conversion measurement tools.
• Conduct A/B tests and conversion-rate optimisation experiments.
• Maintain performance dashboards and keep up-to-date with platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a tech or software-focused environment, preferably B2B or SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced setting.
