Performance Marketer

About the role

Mindwhiz is looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketer to lead paid digital campaigns that generate leads and drive business growth. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on execution, and continuous optimization across major ad platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop lead‑generation, conversion and retargeting strategies, conduct audience research and A/B testing.
• Monitor budgets, maximize ROI/ROAS and ensure high‑quality leads.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high‑converting ad creatives.
• Implement and maintain tracking pixels, tags and analytics tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven performance‑marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads expertise.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) proficiency.
• Meta Pixel and conversion‑tracking implementation.
• Lead generation, campaign optimisation and ROI improvement.
