Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads)

About the role

Matrix Pharma seeks a hands‑on Performance Marketing Executive to manage Meta and Google advertising for its e‑commerce site, matrixpharma.com. You will control a monthly ad budget and be measured on the number of orders generated per rupee spent.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns, managing the monthly budget against return targets.
• Pause or fix under‑performing campaigns and scale successful ones while keeping ad accounts tidy.
• Brief in‑house designers on new creatives, run structured tests and refresh ads regularly.
• Test new audiences, products and offers each month.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking, collaborate with the Head of Digital and web developer, and report weekly on spend, delivered orders, cost per order and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience running Meta and Google ads with at least Rs 5 lakh monthly spend.

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager – campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing and frequency control.
• Google Ads – Search, Performance Max, conversion goal setup and search term reporting.
• Understanding of attribution windows, Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and UTM tracking.
