Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Carpe Diem, an IT and software development firm serving 400+ clients in the USA, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience. The role focuses on optimizing digital campaigns across channels, managing paid and organic strategies, driving customer acquisition and improving retention. It is a full-time, 100% remote position with competitive market salary.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns across all digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, email and others, with strong ROAS and efficient CPA.
• Optimize sales funnels focused on new customer acquisition and retention.
• Drive digital channels such as Shopify apps and marketing automations to improve performance and customer experience.
• Manage paid marketing activities and optimize bidding by keyword, placement, device, geography and demographics.
• Review and maintain Quality Score, impression share and other key paid marketing metrics.
• Work within a budget to maximize KPIs while keeping CAC at an optimal level.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly reporting structures for campaigns.
• Liaise with the marketing team to ensure campaign delivery and execution.
• Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across channels and suggest new digital channels that can efficiently grow new users.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in software development or project management.
• Proven working experience in performance marketing with demonstrated results.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with analytical tools and ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
• Certification in Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a major plus.
