Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote – Pakistan)

About the role

Pixl Media, an Oslo‑based digital agency, is looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join its remote team in Pakistan. You will own the full paid‑media funnel, drive SEO growth, and create high‑impact ad creatives that convert.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Manage daily and monthly ad budgets to achieve target ROAS, CPA and CAC.
• Design, test and optimise ad creatives, audiences, placements and copy.
• Set up pixels, conversion tracking, UTMs and attribution models.
• Develop and execute on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO strategies, including keyword research, site‑structure optimisation and backlink outreach.
• Create visual assets for ads and landing pages using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Maintain a content calendar across social, blog, email and paid channels and write compelling copy.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of meeting performance targets.
• Hands‑on experience in both media buying and SEO.
• Creative flair for designing scroll‑stopping visuals and copy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Oslo team during overlapping hours (11 AM‑7 PM PKT).
