Personal Brand Manager

About the role

We are building multiple personal brands in the e‑commerce space (Shopify, Amazon, and digital growth) and need a manager to create a content‑driven authority ecosystem that generates inbound leads and drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X, including weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Generate viral hooks, video concepts, series ideas and write scripts or guide writers for short‑form and long‑form content.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation) to generate ideas, improve scripts, repurpose content and build efficient production workflows.
• Plan and manage content shoots, direct the founder on delivery and hooks, and coordinate with video editors to maintain style and quality.
• Distribute and repurpose each piece of content into multiple assets (shorts, reels, carousels, LinkedIn posts) and optimize profiles, bios and thumbnails for platform algorithms.
• Track analytics (views, engagement, follower growth, lead generation) and iterate based on performance data.
• Align content with offers, funnels and CTAs to support the inbound pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing personal brands or content‑driven accounts.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X.
• Ability to spot viral trends and translate them into high‑performing content.
• Excellent copywriting skills for hooks, scripts and posts.
• Experience working with editors and content teams.
