Pharmaceutical Product Specialist – Regulatory & Training

About the role

The Pharmaceutical Product Specialist will translate complex clinical and scientific data into training modules, support regulatory submissions, and manage tender processes to strengthen market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design and deliver scientific training modules for sales and marketing teams.
• Lead all DRAP registration dossier submissions, including initial registrations, renewals and variations.
• Own end‑to‑end institutional tender management, preparing technical dossiers for government and private accounts.
• Validate marketing campaigns and review promotional materials for scientific accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, regulatory and quality assurance to align product strategies.
• Monitor compliance status, training effectiveness and tender outcomes for senior management.

Required profile

• Primary product expert at the head office, able to answer detailed product queries.
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external regulatory bodies.

Required skills

• Experience with DRAP regulatory processes and dossier preparation.
• Proficiency in tender documentation and institutional bidding.
