About the role

Join Al Waqar Trading Company as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics and medical distributors in Rawalpindi. The role requires strong customer relationship management and independent territory planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
• Present and promote a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics and medical distributors.
• Utilize CRM techniques to track interactions, manage sales pipelines and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales forecasting and territory management to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Negotiate prices, terms and contracts with customers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory to engage with customers, support product launches and resolve issues.

Required profile

• At least two years of sales or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Target‑oriented approach with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals consistently.
• Diploma or equivalent education in sales or related healthcare fields.
