Akram Brothers is seeking a diligent Pharmacist to lead a small pharmacy team in Lahore. The role involves overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe distribution of medicines, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy operations and supervise a team of four staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical distribution and inventory management.
• Oversee inventory control systems, track stock levels, expirations, and reorder schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure products while monitoring quality and pricing.
• Conduct regular stock audits, identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Train and supervise team members on best practices for inventory management and regulatory compliance.
• Assist customers with prescription fulfillment and provide accurate medication information.
• Implement safety procedures to prevent errors and ensure secure handling of pharmaceutical products.
• Continuously review and improve pharmacy processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Possession of a Distribution License Category A.
• Minimum of one year experience in pharmacy operations.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Leadership experience managing a small team.
