Pharmacy Manager

About the role

This full-time, on-site Pharmacy Manager position is based in Multan. The role leads daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe dispensing, prescription verification, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all pharmacy activities, including medication dispensing, prescription verification, and adherence to legal and company standards.
• Supervise, schedule, and train pharmacy staff and technicians to maintain efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, and provide preventive care such as immunizations where permitted.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and conduct regular audits.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with healthcare providers to support optimal patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Recognized pharmacy degree (Pharm.D or equivalent) with a valid license to practice in Pakistan.
• Proven experience in community or hospital pharmacy settings, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of medications, dosing, interactions, and patient-safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
